A lifetime in stories
Michael Morpurgo is one of Britain’s best-loved storytellers. The exhibition included notebooks and manuscripts of stories, which he would later transform into the classics we know today; including War Horse, Private Peaceful, Kensuke’s Kingdom and Farm Boy. Also exhibited was a selection of artwork from some of the many illustrators who have contributed to Michael’s books during his illustrious career.
This exhibition was devised by Seven Stories, The National Centre for Children’s Books.
