We have worked with Joss Arnott Dance, who are based in the north of England, for many years. We were delighted when they approached us to rebrand the company with a fresh new look for 2020.
We wanted Joss Arnott Dance’s new identity to communicate clarity, creativity and a sense of playfulness. We explored the relationship between movement and geometric patterns and how the mechanics of movement, such as form and position, provide the dance company with a visual language. We distilled our experiments into a simple yet powerful graphic mark. This mark can be manifested in both print and on screen, either in isolation or combined with additional creative content.
